Multi-stage component assembly
We turn individual parts into sub-assemblies: PCB soldering, LED module wiring, bracket fitting, hardware installation and enclosure preparation.
Mechanical modification and preparation
Light mechanical work alongside electrical integration: drilling and tapping, cutting and trimming, adhesive bonding, part mounting and prototype adjustments, all aimed at reducing rework.
Electrical and functional checking
Where required, checks cover continuity, shorts and opens, connector integrity, operation of LEDs, sensors, switches and PCBs, and mechanical stability.
