A cable assembly is a connector-terminated cable built for stable electrical performance and long-term reliability. Our Buckinghamshire facility uses precise crimping, soldering, shielding and strain relief for engineering, industrial, medical, AV and scientific uses.
High-quality construction
Assemblies are built to internal workmanship standards based on IPC/WHMA-A-620, with correct shielding for noise reduction, strain relief for service life and clean workmanship.
Fully tested assemblies
Each cable is electrically tested before dispatch for continuity, insulation resistance and connector integrity.
Professional labelling
Assemblies can include custom-printed heat shrink, laser-marked identifiers, and labels or routing markers for installation and traceability.
Built to your specification
Simple leads or complex multi-connector assemblies, with bespoke lengths, connector types, shielding and environmental considerations.
